Capabilities
MHS has the experienced personnel and latest technology to provide short and long term monitoring programs to assess the impacts to the environment for proposed works. MHS has gained extensive experience in monitoring the effects of coastal developments, mining, dredging and reclamation works on the marine environment.
Capability 1
MHS has collected environmental data for numerous coastal developments including ocean outfalls, marina developments, prawn farms, finfish hatchery's, and resort developments. Bathymetry, side scan sonar, seismic reflection profiling, current metering, water quality, tidal studies, and sediment sampling data is collected, analysed and reported upon to form part of the environmental impact assessment.
