MHS
adopts the latest GPS technologies to provide precise navigational
data to clients. Company positioning systems utilise; (1) free to
air radiobeacon differential signals, (2) company differential base
stations and VHF telemetry, and (3) wide area solution differential
corrections.

uses dual-channel, fully automatic beacon receiver electronics
for tracking broadcasts conforming to the IALA Standard. The
ten most powerful radiobeacons in the work area are located
and the closest beacon used. The receiver continuously monitors
the integrity of the data received from the differential radiobeacon(s).
If excessive errors in the data stream are detected, the receiver
automatically switches to a different radiobeacon, if available.

differential base stations, utilising VHF telemetry at a frequency
of 173.45Mhz are used in remote areas or in specific cases.

area solution differential corrections based on commercially
operated base stations are accomplished by special software
algorithms. These algorithms compute differential corrections
that a base station would generate if it were at the receiver's
location. This correction is constantly updated, as the receiver
moves around, the correction remains at full accuracy.
